Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes. We monitor your flight and include up to 60 minutes of waiting time after your landing time.

Where will I meet my driver?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name.

What if my flight is delayed for more than 1 hour?

We track your flight and adjust your pickup whenever possible. If the delay exceeds the included waiting time, additional waiting may be arranged depending on availability and may incur a small extra fee.

What if I can’t find my driver?

You can contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp, and we will assist you immediately.

What about hotel pick-up (departure)?

For departures, your driver will wait at your pickup location for up to 30 minutes.

Is the transfer private?

Yes, all transfers are private, meaning the vehicle is reserved only for you and your group.

Can I request child seats?

Yes, child seats are available upon request. Please let us know in advance.

Do I need to pay in advance?

In most cases, payment is required before the service to confirm your booking.

How can I pay for the transfer?

We will provide payment details after confirming your booking. Payment methods may include online payment or agreed arrangements prior to your trip.

What is included in the price?

Your price includes a private vehicle, professional driver, fuel, and standard waiting time (up to 60 minutes after arrival).

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices are fully transparent. What you see is what you pay — there are no hidden charges for standard airport transfers.

Are there any additional charges?

Additional charges may apply only in specific situations, such as:

  • Waiting time beyond the included limit
  • Special requests (extra stops etc.)

Any extra costs will always be clearly communicated in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your airport transfer free of charge with sufficient notice (recommended at least 24 hours before pickup).
